Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a monthly subscription or one-off purchase. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Monthly Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries (1 per month). These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged on the day you signed up for each month, before these are delivered.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

One-off Purchases

These cannot be cancelled, however will be refunded if stock becomes unavailable.

When purchasing these, please note that if they are part of a mail club issue, they will be sent the same time as the monthly issue. However, if they are a general item, they will be sent at the earliest convenience.
