Shipping policy

Postage rates differ for each of the products:

• Mail subscription rates: based on NZ-post and size of envelopes (AUS & NZ)
• General item rates: based on package size and weight (NZ only)

Tracked and non-tracked items:

• All mail sent using the NZ Post standard letter system (requiring a stamp) is a non-tracked item - mail subscription and postcard items.
• All general mail sent uses the tracked NZ Post system (does not require stamp, though is an automated courier label through GoSweetSpot NZ) - non-mail subscription and non-postcard items.

Postage delivery waits differ for each of the products:

• Within NZ: 3 - 5 Business Days (per NZ Post)
• Australia (Mail subscription products only): 3 - 13 Business Days (per NZ Post)

Full mail club subscription items:

• All contents within the full mail club issue will be sent inside a waterproof slip, then placed into a kraft envelope. This is to protect the contents from weather damage.
